LALANI TEA – BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

How to Brew Black Tea

  • Water Temperature:95–100°C
  • Tea Quantity:1 teaspoon per cup (200–250 ml)
  • Steeping Time:3–4 minutes

Brewing Notes

Black tea prefers nearboiling water to release its deep, full-bodied character. A shorter steep gives a smoother cup; a longer steep adds strength and briskness. Avoid over-steeping to maintain balance and clarity.

How to Brew Green Tea

  • Water Temperature:75–80°C
  • Tea Quantity:1 teaspoon per cup
  • Steeping Time:2–3 minutes

Brewing Notes

Green tea is delicate and thrives with gentle heat. Cooler water preserves its natural sweetness and fresh vegetal notes. If the tea tastes bitter, reduce the temperature or steeping time for a softer, more elegant cup.

How to Brew Herbal Tea

  • Water Temperature:95–100°C
  • Tea Quantity:1–1.5 teaspoons per cup
  • Steeping Time:5–7 minutes

Brewing Notes

Herbal blends are naturally caffeinefree and benefit from a longer infusion to draw out their aromatic botanicals. Let the herbs steep fully for a soothing, flavour-rich cup.
