Spiced Chai (International Style)
A warm, aromatic blend inspired by global chai traditions.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon black tea
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2–3 cloves
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Method
- Brew black tea with cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom for 4 minutes.
- Add hot milk and sugar.
- Simmer gently for 2 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
