Spiced Chai (International Style)

A warm, aromatic blend inspired by global chai traditions.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon black tea
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2–3 cloves
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Brew black tea with cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom for 4 minutes.
  2. Add hot milk and sugar.
  3. Simmer gently for 2 minutes.

Strain and enjoy.
