Cancellation Policy
At Lalani Tea, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once this time has passed, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation might not be possible. To request a cancellation, customers are required to contact our support team with their order details for quick assistance.
Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our return policy for further guidance. If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellations are also accepted within the specified period; however, repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future purchases.
Lalani Tea also reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, customers will be informed promptly, and any payments made will be refunded accordingly.
