Refund and Returns Policy

You may return products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, as verified via video call by our service team. Products cannot be returned if packaging is opened due to our hygiene policy.

Return requests must be made within 1 day of delivery.

Full refunds/replacements are provided for:

  • Cancellations before shipment
  • Out-of-stock, but billed items
  • Wrong product received

Contact Consumer Care at support@lalanitea.com within 1 day of delivery to start a return.  We will arrange a pick-up within 3–5 working days.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days and should appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank.  Payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Missing items will be investigated and, if confirmed, replaced or reimbursed
